Take a moment within, to pause, reflect, and drink tea.
Inspired by The Way Of Tea teachings of Wu De of Global Tea Hut, this art of meditative tea has redefined the meaning of tea, and brings the essence of tea (Cha) and zen (Dao) into everyday life. Join me in this meditation to connect self with nature, and simply be with tea.
