Service Description

The Kick-Starter Naturopathic Consultation allows us to dive deeper into all aspects of your health to tailor a specific treatment plan best suited for you and your situation over the period of one month. Health Goals May Include: - A natural & holistic approach to your routine health check. - Improved recovery post illness, injury or surgery. - Improved sleep and/or energy during challenging times. - Prenatal or Postpartum care - Positive parenting - building patience and tolerance at home. - Stress management for mild mood disorders including anxiety & depression. - Weight management and meal planning The Treatment Package Includes: - 1x 60min consultation where we go over a physical assessment of your nails, tongue and eyes (using a specific iridology camera), along with your blood pressure and vital signs, and a dive into your health history. - 2x 30min consultations to check in on your journey and strengthen the treatment plan for a more successful outcome. - 1x Month supply of herbal medicine blended specifically for you. Plus: - Access to high quality practitioner supplementation (if required). - Recipes and meal planning (If required). - Practical links and resources to support your progress. - A heart warming tea ceremony at each consultation. - Access to organic cold-pressed juices, broths & vegetables (If required). *The Kick-Starter Naturopathic Package is aimed at getting you back on track with your health goals, whatever they may be. For a successful start all three consultations need to be completed within the first month. Appointments are not able to be extended past one month of the first initial appointment. For long term goals or for a more comprehensive dive into your health, please select the comprehensive package.
