Food packaging is misleading. Let me help you to understand labels, ingredients and all those numbered codes added on the labels. The focus of this consultation will be based around foods that can optimise your health status and allow you to easily incorporate them into your every day life. Wholesome meal planning and recipes included. Optional regular sustainable food delivery can be arranged. Please note, this service is available within Matakana and surrounding suburbs. Additional fee may be charged for areas outside of these areas.
