A casual naturopathic consultation starts with a heart warming tea ceremony before supporting you on your health journey with a tailor made herbal concoction. Casual Naturopathic Consultations are ideal for: -Acute illness (colds/flus/food poisoning or viral infections) -A temporary period of insomnia or poor sleep. -A temporary period of fatigue post illness or stress. -A temporary period of known pain (from injury or muscle fatigue) -A temporary period of high stress or knowingly heading into a stressful period. -A follow up session for clients on a Kick-Starter or Comprehensive Package -Anyone with a known condition that may be working alongside other health practitioners and is requiring herbal medicine to support their health journey.
