This is complemented by calming medicinal mushrooms, which support mental clarity and emotional balance, helping you to gain fresh perspectives and release stress. The evening will be enriched by the rejuvenating vibrations of gong sound healing, infused with Reiki for energetic healing as you lay down comfortably. Together, these elements create a harmonious experience designed to rejuvenate your spirit, open your heart, and renew your sense of well-being.
The evening will conclude with heart-opening cards to guide you over the following days with love, grace and intent.
Mats, bolsters, pillows and blankets are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own comforts.
